ASC 2020 Virtual Conference FAQ

What happens to my registration for the cancelled June meeting?
If you have already registered, your registration will be cancelled and any fees will be refunded unless you contacted us before Friday, April 10, 2020.

What happens to my hotel reservation?
If you made a reservation at one of the conference hotels or a non-conference hotel for the June or January conference, please be sure to cancel your reservation.

Will there be any changes to the Program?
Currently no major changes to the program are planned, however, the day and time of the sessions have changed to fit the facility availability.
We will survey presenters later in the year to check on their plans on attending and presenting.

Can I update or correct my abstract?
Abstracts may be corrected or updated at the discretion of the Program Committee provided that they are submitted to Centennial Conferences. The changes made to the abstract must be made clear, i.e. submit a marked up version of your originally submitted abstract. Please be sure to provide your abstract control ID and title.

If you need to withdraw your abstract, please send your request to Centennial Conferences and be sure to include your abstract control ID and title.

Will there be an opportunity to submit new abstracts?
Abstract Submission is currently closed. Plans to reopen submission to the virtual meeting for late-breaking research are now under consideration and we hope to make an announcement soon.
