Virtual Conference Attendee Fees include:

  • Access to the virtual meeting platforms
  • Access to all sessions, breakouts, special programs and exhibits
  • One presentation and one manuscript submission*
  • Entitles a vote in the ASC election
  • One digital copy of the conference transactions published with IEEE Transactions on Applied Superconductivity.

*Virtual platform logistics require associating each presentation with a unique registration. ASC encourages authors who are presently listed as the presenting author for more than one presentation to identify a registered co-author for each additional presentation. While withdrawing additional presentations is a second option, ASC has come up with a cross-platform solution that provides a third option to accommodate multiple presentations and possibly publications from the same author. The third option requires an additional fee of $245 for each additional presentation without publication submission, or $440 for each additional presentation with publication submission.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Acceptable forms of payment are:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express)
  • Check (must be drawn on a U.S. Bank in U.S. dollars and made payable to “Applied Superconductivity Conference, Inc.” and mailed to Centennial Conferences at the address below)
  • Wire Transfer* (contact Centennial Conferences for current bank information)

*Note: ASC 2020 bank information has changed from past ASC’s. Please make sure to contact Centennial Conferences to receive the current wire instructions. If payments are to be made for multiple registrations, e.g. one wire transfer will include payment for more than one registrant, please contact Centennial Conferences for instructions.

REGISTRATION CHANGES
Requests to change a conference registration must be made in writing and emailed to Centennial Conferences.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS/REFUND POLICY
For cancellations, pre-paid registration fees are refundable less a US $100 processing fee if notification of cancellation is received in writing (email, or fax) by Centennial Conferences no later than September 30, 2020. Cancellations after September 30, 2020 will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted.
