The ASC Conference and Exhibit will be managed by conference organizers utilizing the Whova and iPosterSessions platforms.
Whova will host all oral and plenary presentations and will provide attendees with a way to communicate with other attendees via public and private chat features. The iPosterSessions platform will host all the poster presentations for the conference. The iPosterSessions platform will be the mechanism for hosting the virtual exhibit hall where exhibitors will build their virtual exhibit booth.
Specific information about registration, modifications and how to build your iPoster will be available no later than August 21, 2020.

BOOTH FEES

For current exhibitors who wish to exhibit virtually, the difference between the original booth fee and the new virtual fee will be refunded. For current exhibitors who do not wish to exhibit virtually and wish to cancel, the booth fee will be fully refunded. A decision from current exhibitors on cancellation needs to be submitted to Centennial Conferences no later than September 16, 2020. Any cancellations after this date will result in an administration fee of 20% of the total booth fee will be retained.
STANDARD BOOTH INFORMATION
- All standard booths will include a 100 word or less company description and company logo listed on the conference website and conference platform.
- All standard booths will include access to build the exhibit booth using the iPosterSessions platform. Company posters will be listed in the virtual exhibit hall based on date of registration.
- Each booth receives two (2) Exhibit Representative Registrations with attendee and booth staff access in the conference platform. The contact person for the booth will receive the access to the iPosterSessions platform for building the company booth. Each exhibit company can register up to two more additional booth representatives for the discounted fee of $150 per registration.
PREMIUM BOOTH INFORMATION
A premium booth registration includes all of the features listed for the standard booth with these additional benefits:
- Enhanced profile (300 words or less and company logo) on conference platform and in Continuum magazine.
- Additional acknowledgment on the sponsor page of the conference platform as well as the ASC 2020 website.
- Premium placement in the virtual exhibit hall in iPosterSessions.
iPosterSessions INFORMATION
Click here to view online tutorials from iPosterSessions. Information specific to the ASC 2020 exhibit will be available by September 3, 2020 for those exhibitors that have committed to their virtual booth.
CANCELLATION INFORMATION
If written notice of cancellation is received by September 16, 2020, an administrative fee of 20% of the total booth fee will be retained. Cancellations after September 16, 2020 will result in forfeiture of the Exhibit fee.
